03:47 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Daniel Dines, 10% Owner, Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, on October 15, 2025, sold 122,734 shares in UiPath ( PATH ) for $2,077,212. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Dines has control over a total of 30,281,319 Class A common shares of the company, with 29,918,585 shares held directly and 362,734 controlled indirectly.
