April 24 (Reuters) - Britain's competition watchdog said

on Wednesday it was seeking comments on the AI partnerships

between Microsoft ( MSFT ) and Mistral AI, as well as between

Amazon ( AMZN ) and Anthropic.

The Competition and Markets Authority said is also seeking

comments on Microsoft's ( MSFT ) hiring of former employees and related

arrangements with Inflection AI.

The CMA said it has not formed any conclusions on whether

the deals fall within UK merger rules or raise competition

concerns in the UK.
