10:38 AM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- International Business Machines ( IBM ) and HashiCorp ( HCP ) each received notification on Thursday from the UK's Competition and Markets Authority that it intends to review the companies' merger, HashiCorp ( HCP ) said in a Tuesday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The merger is expected to close by the end of the year, HashiCorp ( HCP ) said.
