UK watchdog clears SLB and ChampionX $8 billion merger

July 15 (Reuters) - Britain's competition regulator said

on Tuesday it has accepted undertakings offered by oilfield

services firm SLB and ChampionX ( CHX ) to address its

antitrust concerns and will not further investigate the proposed

$8 billion merger of the companies.
