UK watchdog launches probe into $13.25 billion Omnicom-Interpublic merger

(Reuters) -Britain's competition watchdog on Monday launched a probe into the $13.25 billion merger between advertising giants Omnicom ( OMC ) and Interpublic, to assess whether the deal could lead to a reduction in competition in the UK market.
