UK's Ashtead proposes move to U.S. listing; warns on profit

Dec 10 (Reuters) - UK equipment rental firm Ashtead

would shift its primary listing to the United States,

its biggest market, from London, and said on Tuesday it expects

annual profit to come in below its previous expectations.
