UK's Barratt Redrow raises dividend after 34% revenue surge

Sept 16 (Reuters) - Britain's largest homebuilder

Barratt Redrow ( BTDPF ) raised its annual dividend on Wednesday,

after reporting a 34% surge in revenue following the merger with

Redrow last year.

The company, which is reporting annual results for the

combined group for the first time since the deal closed in

October last year, reported revenue of 5.58 billion pounds

($7.61 billion), compared with 4.17 billion pounds a year

earlier.

($1 = 0.7334 pounds)
