06:52 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The UK Competition and Markets Authority said Wednesday it had closed its March 2021 investigation into Apple ( AAPL ) regarding the distribution of apps on iOS and iPadOS devices in the UK, specifically, the terms and conditions that app developers must adhere to when accessing Apple's ( AAPL ) App Store.

The regulator said the investigation "no longer constitutes an administrative priority" for it.
