UK's Hilton Food chief executive to step down

Nov 25 (Reuters) - Britain's Hilton Food ( HLTFF ) said on

Tuesday that Steve Murrells is stepping down as chief executive

officer, with Mark Allen transitioning to an executive chair

role, while the meat and seafood supplier considers CEO

succession.

The company reiterated its warning from earlier this month

that growth is likely to be challenging, but said that it

remains in a strong financial position and annual performance is

expected to be in line with its previous guidance.
