Oct 15 (Reuters) - British AI group Nscale said on

Wednesday it signed a deal with Microsoft ( MSFT ) to deliver a

total of about 200,000 Nvidia AI chips.

The Financial Times newspaper reported that Nscale's deal

with Microsoft ( MSFT ) was worth up to $14 billion.
