UK's TI Fluid says it received an increased offer from Canada's ABC Technologies

Oct 12 (Reuters) - TI Fluid Systems said on

Saturday it had received an increased offer of 200 pence ($2.61)

per share from Canada's ABC Technologies on Oct 10 to acquire

the London-listed automotive components supplier.

ABC Technologies in September proposed a buyout of TI Fluid

at 176 pence per share.

($1 = 0.7653 pounds)
