09:13 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UL Solutions ( ULS ) said Wednesday it has acquired BatterieIngenieure GmbH, a battery testing firm in Aachen, Germany.

BatterieIngenieure is currently constructing a larger lab in Aachen to replace the current site and include testing and simulation capacity, the company added.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
