07:38 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) said Thursday that it has acquired Space NK, a British beauty retailer with 83 stores in the UK, Ireland and online, from Manzanita Capital.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the US cosmetics retailer said.

The deal was funded with cash on hand and Ulta Beauty's ( ULTA ) existing credit facility, the company said.

Space NK will operate as a standalone unit, the company added.
