04:49 PM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) reported fiscal Q2 earnings late Thursday of $5.78 per diluted share, up from $5.30 a year earlier.

Net sales for the 13 weeks that ended Aug. 2 were $2.79 billion, up from $2.55 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.68 billion.

The beauty retailer said it now expects full-year earnings of $23.85 to $24.30 per share, compared with its previous outlook of $22.65 to $23.20.

The company now expects fiscal 2025 net sales of $12.0 billion to $12.1 billion, against $11.5 billion to $11.7 billion previously. Analysts expected $11.73 billion.

Shares of Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) were up over 5% in after-hours activity.
