Ulta Beauty Fiscal Q4 Earnings Decline, Sales Rise; Shares Fall After Hours

04:14 PM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) reported fiscal Q4 earnings late Thursday of $8.01 per diluted share, down from $8.46 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $8.10.

Net sales for the 13 weeks ended Jan. 31 rose to $3.90 billion from $3.49 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.84 billion.

The company expects fiscal 2026 diluted EPS of $28.05 to $28.55. Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $28.64.

Shares of Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) were down more than 7% in after-hours activity.
