02:15 PM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) said Thursday it is launching its first store in the Middle East at The Avenues mall in Kuwait on Nov. 7, 2025, in partnership with international retail franchise operator Alshaya Group.

The 15,000-square-foot store will offer makeup, skincare, fragrance and beauty services.

Ulta and Alshaya plan further regional expansion, with openings scheduled at Mall of the Emirates in January 2026, Dubai Mall in March, and Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Mall later in the year.

Shares of Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) were down 2.3% in recent trading.
