10:53 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UMB Financial ( UMBF ) said Thursday that it has completed the systems and brand conversion of Heartland Financial USA.

All former Heartland divisional banks are now operating on UMB platforms and under the UMB brand, while newly transitioned customers have full access to their accounts at any UMB location, UMB said.

The company said the acquisition of Heartland Financial expanded its footprint to 13 states from eight and "significantly increased its assets."

Shares of UMB Financial ( UMBF ) were down 3% in recent Thursday trading.
