Under Armour Appoints Kevin Plank as CEO

05:12 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Under Armour ( UAA ) said Wednesday it appointed Kevin Plank as president and chief executive officer, starting April 1, succeeding Stephanie Linnartz.

Independent Director Mohamed A. El-Erian will succeed Plank as chair of the board, the company said.

Linnartz will remain an adviser to the company through April 30, the company said.
