Under Armour Prices $400 Million in Senior Notes Due 2030

04:42 PM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Under Armour ( UAA ) priced $400 million of 7.25% senior notes due 2030 at par in a private offering.

The sale of the notes is expected to close on Monday, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Net proceeds will be used in the repurchase of $600 million of 3.25% senior notes due 2026.
