Unilever Completes Sale of Elida Beauty Brands to Yellow Wood Partners

09:30 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Unilever ( UL ) has completed the sale of its Elida Beauty brands to Yellow Wood Partners, the private equity firm said Thursday.

The Elida Beauty portfolio includes brands Q-tips, Caress, Ponds and St. Ives for North America and Europe, as well as Impulse, Noxzema, Monsavon, and Timotei, among others, according to Yellow Wood.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Yellow Wood said Alfie Vivian has been named chief executive officer of Elida. Vivian was most recently senior vice president and group general manager at Tyson Foods. He was with Unilever ( UL ) for nearly 30 years in senior general management roles prior to Tyson Foods, Yellow Wood added.
