Unilever gets offer for its Unox and Zwan food brands

Dec 18 (Reuters) - Unilever ( UL ) said on Wednesday

it has received an offer for its Unox and Zwan meat and soup

brands from Zwanenberg Food Group.

The British consumer goods giant expects to close the deal,

terms of which were not disclosed, by 2025.
