Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $14.6 million, up from $12.3 million a year earlier.

FactSet estimates were not readily available.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.36 per share, payable Nov. 6 to stockholders of record Oct. 25.

Shares of Union Bankshares ( UNB ) rose 1.9% in after-hours trading.
