10:59 AM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees Division-International Brotherhood of Teamsters (BMWED-IBT) President Tony Cardwell called for a change in leadership at Norfolk Southern ( NSC ) in a statement Thursday.
