09:08 AM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Unisync ( USYNF ) , a garment company, said Thursday that Manish Arora took over as the company's CFO.

Arora replaced Richard Smith, who had served as acting CFO since announcing his retirement earlier this year.

Unisync ( USYNF ) said Arora brings over 20 years of substantial finance experience from small to large fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries including aerospace, healthcare and automotive. He was previously CFO of Drone Delivery Canada ( TAKOF ) .

Unisync's ( USYNF ) share price rose 4.4% yesterday, hitting a fresh 52-week high of $1.91.
