11:33 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Unisys ( UIS ) and its partner Clariti said Wednesday that the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety has picked Clariti's permitting platform to replace an existing system.

Unisys ( UIS ) will lead the implementation of the project, the companies said, adding that Unisys ( UIS ) will work with the city to create a system to simplify the permitting and licensing process.

Unisys ( UIS ) shares were rising 3.5% in recent trading.
