04:57 PM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unisys ( UIS ) said late Friday it closed a $700 million private offering of 10.625% senior secured notes due 2031.

The company plans to use the net proceeds, along with cash on hand, to fund its tender offer for outstanding 6.875% senior secured notes due 2027, pay related premiums and expenses, partially fund its US pension deficit, and for general corporate purposes.
