11:30 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unisys ( UIS ) said Wednesday that it plans to launch a private offering of $700 million senior secured notes.

The company also said it has commenced a cash tender offer to purchase all of its outstanding $485 million 6.875% senior secured notes due Nov. 1, 2027.

Unisys ( UIS ) plans to use the proceeds, together with cash on hand, to finance the tender offer, to fund a portion of its long-term pension deficit, as well as for general corporate purposes.
