10:11 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unisys ( UIS ) said Thursday it was selected by the European Commission to lead cybersecurity services under the EU's Cybersecurity Professional Services Framework contract.

The company said it will head the EUCybersafe Consortium, alongside Uni Systems and Wavestone, to support 71 EU institutions, including the European Commission, the Council, and the European Parliament.

Unisys ( UIS ) said the four-year agreement will cover services such as risk management, secure architecture design, incident response, and threat intelligence.

Unisys ( UIS ) said it will deliver continuous threat exposure management, managed detection and response, and cyber recovery using AI and machine learning.

Shares of the company were up over 6% in recent early trading.
