10:54 AM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- United Airlines (UAL) flight 1195 landed safely at Louisiana's Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport after the crew reported a possible instrument failure, the US Federal Aviation Administration said Tuesday.
The Airbus A320, which was headed to George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston from Charleston International Airport, South Carolina, landed at Baton Rouge at around 8:30 am local time on Tuesday, the regulator said.
The FAA said it will investigate the incident.
United Airlines shares rose 1.7% in recent trading.
