11:48 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United Community Banks ( UCB ) said Thursday it has completed its merger with Oakland Park, Florida-based ANB Holdings.

ANB subsidiary American National Bank merged into United subsidiary United Community Bank under the deal.

ANB Bank will operate under the United Community brand after all core systems, signage and branding are converted to United Community systems, expected by July 11, the bank said.
