United Fire Completes $30 Million Senior Notes Placement

04:42 PM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United Fire ( UFCS ) said late Thursday it has completed a $30 million private placement of senior unsecured 9.0% series B notes due May 31, 2039.

United Fire ( UFCS ) said it plans to use the proceeds to support its growth and for general corporate purposes.
