United Fire Group Completes $70 Million Note Offering

05:34 PM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- United Fire Group ( UFCS ) said Monday it has completed a private offering of $70 million of 9% senior unsecured notes due May 31, 2039.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to support anticipated growth and for general corporate purposes.

Ares Management Credit funds led the private offering, the company said.

Price: 22.13, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +0.05
