United Natural Foods Extends Distribution Deal With Amazon Affiliate Whole Foods Market -- Shares Up After Hours

04:48 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- United Natural Foods ( UNFI ) said late Tuesday it extended a grocery distribution partnership with Amazon ( AMZN ) affiliate Whole Foods Market.

The distribution partnership will now run until May 2032 instead of expiring in September 2027, the company said. Financial details weren't provided.

United Natural Foods ( UNFI ) shares were rising past 5% in recent after-hours activity.
