United Parcel Service Cancels Plan to Buy Mexico's Estafeta

04:50 PM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United Parcel Service ( UPS ) said Thursday in a regulatory filing it has ended its plans to buy Mexican express delivery company Estafeta due to the "inability of all closing conditions to be satisfied."

UPS had entered into an agreement to acquire Estafeta in July 2024.

UPS shares were up 2.5% in after-hours activity.
