United Parcel Service Completes Acquisitions of Frigo-Trans, BPL

10:20 AM EST, 01/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United Parcel Service ( UPS ) said Wednesday it has completed the takeover of Frigo-Trans and its BPL sister company.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Germany-based Frigo-Trans offers warehouse and transportation services for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, the company added.
