United Rentals Subsidiary Prices $1.1 Billion Private Debt Offering

05:52 PM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- United Rentals ( URI ) said late Thursday its United Rentals ( URI ) (North America) unit priced a $1.1 billion private offering of 6.125% senior notes due 2034 for about $1.09 billion in expected net proceeds.

The company expects to use the net proceeds to help fund its planned acquisition of temporary access mats provider Yak Access.

Price: 679.24, Change: -0.04, Percent Change: -0.01
