United States Antimony to Raise $26.25 Million From Direct Stock Offering

10:20 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United States Antimony ( UAMY ) agreed to sell $26.25 million in common stock through a direct offering to an undisclosed institutional investor at $7.50 a share.

Proceeds may be used for working capital, acquisitions of additional antimony, purchases of mineral companies, and expansion of the Madero Smelter in Mexico, the company said Monday in a statement.

The offering is expected to close around Tuesday.

The company sold $18 million in stock at $4.50 a share to the same investor in late August.
