UnitedHealth Q3 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Annual EPS Outlook Raised -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

06:11 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UnitedHealth Group ( UNH ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $2.92 per diluted share, down from $7.15 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.80.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $113.16 billion, compared with $100.82 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $113.03 billion.

The company said it now expects 2025 adjusted EPS of at least $16.25, up from at least $16 projected previously. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $16.21.

UnitedHealth ( UNH ) shares were up 3.8% in recent premarket activity.
