04:34 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Uniti Group ( UNIT ) said late Thursday it priced $800 million of 8.250% senior first lien notes due 2031 by Windstream Holdings II subsidiaries.

The notes include provisions that "allow for the collapse of Uniti's and Windstream's debt silos" at the closing of their proposed merger, the company said.

The offering of the notes is expected to close Oct. 4.
