09:39 AM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Uniti Group ( UNIT ) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations Friday of $0.32 per diluted share, down from $0.39 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $286.4 million, down from $289.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $287.3 million.

The real estate investment trust said it now expects 2024 adjusted FFO of $362 million to $382 million. That compares with a range of $365 million to $385 million previously.

Revenue for the year is still expected to be $1.15 billion to $1.17 billion, the company said. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ are expecting $1.16 billion.
