05:17 PM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unitil ( UTL ) said Monday it completed a public offering of about 1.6 million common shares at $46.65 each for gross proceeds of roughly $74.8 million.

The total includes shares sold through the underwriters' fully exercised overallotment option.

Unitil ( UTL ) said it plans to use the net proceeds to invest in its regulated utility businesses, repay debt under a credit agreement, and for general corporate purposes.
