03:39 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unitil ( UTL ) said late Thursday it priced a public offering of around 1.4 million shares at $46.65 apiece.

The company has granted underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 209,003 shares. The offering is expected to close on Aug. 18.

Unitil ( UTL ) plans to use the proceeds to invest in its utility subsidiaries, repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
