Unity Software Likely to See Upside in 2025 Driven By Conversion From Plus to Pro Subscriptions, Oppenheimer Says

09:26 AM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Unity Software ( U ) is likely to see upside to its Create segment revenue next year due to a conversion from Plus to Pro subscriptions, Oppenheimer said in a note Friday.

The investment firm said its Create revenue base case of 12% year-over-year growth for 2025 implies a 33% conversion after taking into account the recent price hikes. The segment is expected to grow by 19% and 29% year-over-year in 2025, assuming a conversion of 50% and 75%, respectively, Oppenheimer said.

For Q3, the firm said consensus revenue estimates of $135 million for the Create segment imply a quarter-over-quarter growth of 5%.

Oppenheimer maintained its perform rating on the video game software developer, which is set to release Q3 results on Nov. 7.
