Unity Software Prices Upsized $600 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering

04:48 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unity Software ( U ) said late Monday that it priced $600 million of 0% convertible senior unsecured notes due March 15, 2030, in a private placement, upsized from the originally planned $500 million.

The company granted the initial purchasers a 13-day option to buy up to an additional $90 million of notes.

Unity expects net proceeds of about $586.8 million, which it plans to use to help repurchase about $644.3 million of its 0% convertible senior notes due 2026, among other things.
