11:54 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Unity Software ( U ) sold the exclusive license to Ziva, a digital character and creature creation toolset, to visual entertainment services company DNEG, the latter said Tuesday.

Financial details were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, DNEG said it will onboard a "significant proportion" of the Ziva team. The company also said the deal will support its new DNEG IXP division.

Shares of Unity were down more than 2% in recent trading.
