Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.18.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $470.6 million, compared with $446.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $450.1 million.

The company said it expects Q4 revenue of $480 million to $490 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $473.3 million.

Shares of Unity Software ( U ) were up more than 9% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
