01:14 PM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Universal Digital ( LFGMF ) on Friday said it closed the second and final tranche of a private placement offering, raising $300,000.

The company issued 0.5-million units price of $0.60 each and made up of a share and one-half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.80.

With the first tranche, which closed on Sept. 18, the company has raised total gross proceeds of around $1.76 million through the offering..

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Universal Digital ( LFGMF ) shares were last seen down $0.02 to $0.48 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
