Universal Digital Raises $1.6 Million in Oversubscribed Non-Brokered Private Placement

08:59 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Universal Digital (LFG.CN) on Thursday said it raised $1.6 million in its oversubscribed non-brokered private placement announced on May 20 with net proceeds slated for general working capital purposes.

The company issued 3.2 million common shares at $0.50 each. The offering remains subject to final acceptance from the Canadian Securities Exchange and all securities issued will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the closing.
