05:04 PM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Universal Health Services ( UHS ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $5.69 per diluted share, up from $3.71 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.88.

Net revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $4.50 billion, up from $3.96 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.34 billion.

For the full-year 2025, the firm now expects adjusted EPS of $21.50 to $22.10 on revenue of $17.31 billion to $17.45 billion.

Its previous guidance was for adjusted EPS of $20.00 to $21.00 on revenue of $17.10 billion to $17.31 billion.

Analysts expected $20.65 and $17.20 billion, respectively.

Shares were up over 5% during after-hours trading.
