Universal Health Services Prices Senior Secured Notes Offering

04:17 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Universal Health Services ( UHS ) said late Tuesday it has priced a $500 million offering of 4.625% senior secured notes due 2029 and a $500 million offering of 5.050% notes due 2034.

The offering, expected to close on Sept. 26, aims to raise funds to repay part of the company's tranche A term loan.

Price: 232.01, Change: -0.27, Percent Change: -0.12
